Information:

• One of the guests must have a birthday in that month and present their ID to confirm their birthday status upon entry.
•  Birthday sparkling wine can only be redeemed by becoming an ONCOR LINE member, and can only be redeemed once in the month of your birthday (not redeemable for those under 18 years old).
• Children under (and include) the age of 12 can redeem an exclusive birthday gift once in their birthday month.
• Birthday suite decoration must be booked and paid for 3 days before the reservation. If the reservation is not made on time, we will not be able to provide related services.
• For birthday surprise video, one must provide a photo and the birthday person’s name 3 days before the reservation (excluding the reservation day). We will not be able to provide the service after this date.
• At least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or change the suite arrangement or birthday video.
• ONCOR reserves the right to interpret and change the activities.
